Our strategic plan was done in Concrete, WA on September 24, 2022. More than 50 CHWs got together as a family to talk about the big improvements coming to CHWCMR and we had a lot of fun. While CHW were working in a raining of ideas, our children had a lot activities, painting, hiking around the beautiful Skagit, and playing football.

This event turned out wonderful to motivate employees and boost morale, team members got to know each other much better and some of us met for the first time! We accomplished our goal, spending time brainstorming, working on our values, vision, projects, training, and crafting our company roadmap to improve the live in our communities across Washington.
