CHWCMR Walking Together

Our Camininado Juntos or Walking Together Program started in 2020, and we faced many barriers to establishing the program, most of them structural barriers, and finding the right staff.  We were finally successful in implementing the program with CHWs trained in peer support, behavioral health, and focus groups in 2022.
