Sucessful discussion about Mental Health

Community Health Worker Coalition for Migrants and Refugees and Washigton Department of State hosted a conversation about the needs of the CHWs to be training in Mental Health. This training will be developed by the Washington Chapter Academy of Pediatric.


A total of 138 CHWs participated in this activity across the state on Feb. 17, 2023. These trusted members of the community brougth the challanges and barrier faced by the Latinx community in getting behavioral services.
