I appreciated how this post sheds light on how common perinatal depression really is, especially since it is often overlooked or misunderstood. It reminded me of supporting a close family member through postpartum struggles while balancing my own coursework, and I even turned to Online assignment help during that emotionally heavy time. Reading this reinforces how vital awareness, empathy, and support systems are for mothers navigating such vulnerable phases.
