Impact of Atmospheric River Storms on Western Washington Flooding and Emergency Response

Severe flooding and debris flows are currently impacting King, Snohomish, and Skagit Counties due to back-to-back atmospheric river storms. Evacuations, road closures, and emergency declarations are in effect across western Washington.
