Empowering Farmworkers: A Journey to Moxee Valley, Yakima

Dr. Ileana Ponce-Gonzalez and Omar Garcia on their inspiring journey to Moxee Valley, Yakima, where they stood in solidarity with farmworkers facing airborne contamination. Together, they distributed over 2,000 essential resources, a testament to the power of community support. With the invaluable assistance of dedicated facilitators and generous donations from M & W Group and the family of Jose Virrueta, a local Yakima firefighter, they made a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.
