Community-Based Worker Conference hosted by North Sound ACH 2025

Our team, along with some Community Health Workers (CHWs), attended the 2025 Community-Based Worker Conference hosted by North Sound ACH last Friday.

At the conference, participants had the opportunity to learn about healthy eating habits, particularly in relation to individuals managing diabetes and other chronic conditions. Additionally, various topics concerning the current state of our country were discussed, providing valuable insights for our CHWs.
