CHWCMR is going to fund six community events to outreach historically-undercounted communities in WA

CHWCMR invites their Community Champions to organize a community event to outreach historically-undercounted community in their neighbors. Each group will receive a total of $1000. Participants must be active members of the Community Health Workers Coalition for Migrants and Refugees and one award will be provided by demographic groups: Tri-cities, Grant County, Tacoma, Seattle (South Lake Park), Olympia and Edmonds. These activity are a result of the CHWCMR census grant awarded by the Washington Census Equity Fund, managed by Philanthropy Northwest.
