CHWCM is a force of justice for Community Champions and a Non-Profit Statewide organization in WA.

Many of our Community Champions or trusted members of our community are now experiencing barriers in receiving necessary medical services and economic support during the COVID-19. There are many factors why the coronavirus can not be mitigating in our communities. Fore example, limited evidenced- based information in their native language, lack of health insurance, lack of network, Lack of social resources poverty and other structural barriers. Therefore, CHWCMR thanks to all our funders to work with us in reducing all these barriers to mitigate this disparities using a CHW model.
