A core program of mental health support for our CHWs and their families that will kick off in the first quarter of 2026
- Art therapy for parents and children
- Continuous virtual peer support groups for our CHWs
Development of a core curriculum for CHWs centered around core CHW competencies including computer, communication, and leadership skills
Gathering and disseminating career building opportunities for our CHWs such as caregivers, doulas, etc.
Strengthening our infrastructure to better support our CHWs over the long-term.
