Building Resilient Communities
The program offers a safe and supportive space to strengthen emotional health and develop practical tools for coping with stress, anxiety, and uncertainty in regards to the topic of immigration. Through a series of virtual workshops and support groups participants explore the meaning of resilience, share stories of strength, and learn simple strategies for self-care and emotional balance. The program fosters hope, connection, and a sense of community, helping individuals care for themselves and one another during challenging times.
