Kim has worked in public, non-profit, and health care settings to advance health equity in marginalized communities. In 2024 she retired from Kaiser Permanente Washington where she was the Director of Community Health. As a board member, she strives to foster partnerships that contribute to solutions honoring the strengths and priorities of the communities CHWCMR serves. She holds a Master of Public Health from the University of MN.

Retired Senior Investigator, Kaiser Permanente Washington Health Research Institute with over thirty years of primary care practice experience and work a medical educator.

Dr. Parchman’s research has examined the effectiveness strategies to improve cardiovascular risk factors, methods to advance research in primary care settings, and theoretical underpinnings of the delivery of primary care.

Martha is the Entre Hermanos' Deputy Director. She as been working with Entre Hermanos for more than 10 years, first as a volunteer, then as a Medical Case Manager and Prevention & Care Program Manager. Her main goal at Entre Hermanos and in her life, is to support, educate, and advocate for the people affected by HIV, especially those from minority communities.
